IS YOUR PUPPY UNDER 9 MONTHS?

HAVE YOU RECENTLY COMPLETED OUR PAWSOME PUPPIES COURSE?

IT’S TIME TO TAKE THOSE SKILLS TO THE NEXT LEVEL!

Keep up your great work and don’t let the puppy training slide! Before you know it, unwanted behaviours sneak in, and those impressive new skills are forgotten.

This 6-week course takes the guesswork out of your puppy’s next steps. It cranks up their progress and nips issues in the bud as soon as they arise. As your pup continues their training journey, you’ll have the well-behaved, happy dog you dreamed about.

But that’s not all. With Pawsome Progress, you’ll have a ready-made community of like-minded dog folk to support you. And you’ll have on-tap advice and guidance from our expert trainers.

Here’s what’s included:

  • Foundation skills that are essential for everyday life, including lead work and recall around daily distractions
  • Manners - developing that all-important self-control, e.g., not jumping up, settling
  • Social Skills so they learn to play appropriately with other dogs and humans!
  • Fun Games for that all-important mental stimulation
  • Puppy/Adolescent Issues
  • Support with what is going on right now! How to effectively overcome chewing, barking and adolescence phases
  • 3 x Polite Pooch sessions - 30-minute sessions to continue practising your dog's polite manners. Two sessions are included but you can always book more for just £10 per session.

**PLEASE NOTE - Puppy Progress is a follow on from our Pawsome Puppies course. You must have completed the Potter Paws Pawsome Puppies course to attend. If your dog has not completed this course, please look at Good Dog or contact our team.**

We took our puppy to Potter Paws for their ‘Pawsome Puppies’ course, and then to continue our puppies development (and ours) we then enrolled in the ‘Puppy Progress’ follow on course.
The courses are held in a really nice setting (even nicer when the sun shone !! ) and all of our sessions were held outside. The class sizes are small, so you do get plenty of time with the trainers and we felt looked after the entire time.
We have seen a massive improvement in our puppies focus and engagement, even just learning in a controlled environment with other dogs around has been great. What we liked most about the courses was that they were simple to follow, enlightening knowledge wise, and useful , plus even when held in group classes there was still plenty of one to one interactions. The trainers also clearly love their job. Our puppy, Maisie, although still very excitable as you would expect at her age, has and continues to grow so much in confidence and in her behaviours of which we firmly believe was due to her participation in these ‘Potter Paws’ courses. All of the staff that we interacted with were always sympathetic to our needs and concerns and friendly at all times. A very large part of the learning curve is actually about the owners of dogs and how we behave, which was put across to us by the trainers in a fairly firm but fun and educational manner.
We would totally 100% recommend ‘Potter Paws’ ..

We are so pleased with the improvement both us as owners and also our puppy (now more of a dog) have made through the Pawsome Puppy class and Puppy Progress class. The Polite Pooch sessions are also an excellent training session in parallel. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and classes are always small and there is lots of variety in the training which helps progression. The instructors are very understanding and down to earth about the challenges and provide real life solutions. Would highly recommend.

Having finished Pawsome Puppies over the summer, Luca and I were keen to build on the basics and continue our learning, so signed up for the Puppy Progress course and we were not disappointed! With Debs at the helm and 7 new puppies and owners to meet, we thoroughly enjoyed this 6 week course and leant lots. The way each training element is broken down and the tips, tricks and advice being made relevant to each dog’s ability really helps and make the sessions bespoke to each puppy, whilst being fun for humans and pups. Luca still lots to learn, but he is making great progress and the difference this course made in his confidence, training and socialisation is clear to see - I would thoroughly recommend this Puppy Progress to all Pawsome Puppy graduates.

This fun course with Tash built on the training learnt during our introduction course. I felt more confident with my puppy during this course and Maya was more relaxed too, she loved it! Tash is very knowledgeable about dogs, their characteristics and their needs, she really sussed Maya during each class and I was able to take home really useful tips and homework each week to work on and with hard work, the training so far is really paying off.

We completed the juniors course with our puppy and found it so beneficial. The techniques used were something we could easily bring into our day to day lives and the results we saw were great! Happy to say our pup is much better on the lead and her focus on us has improved so much since attending the course. It was also great fun learning little tricks.
Looking to attend another one as soon as possible. Would 100% recommend.
