Canine Cafe
Do you want to take your dog to a cafe but not confident they will behave? Need some guidance on how to help them succeed?
Join us at a our Canine Cafe training session! We recreate an outdoor cafe style environment to provide a great opportunity to practise your dog settling whilst you enjoy a drink and maybe even a slice of cake!
Social sessions are designed to compliment our training classes.
Our Canine Cafe is a structured 45min session that begins with some time exploring our outdoor area before joining us at our outdoor cafe set up, where cake and hot drinks will be available for you to enjoy whilst your dog practices settling under/next to the table. Sessions are supervised by our trainer who is on hand to help you progress and to answer any general dog related questions. ** One drink is included, additional items may be purchased from the coffee van on site.
Please note that these sessions may not suitable for reactive dogs, please contact us to discuss suitability.
Please bring with you;
- a blanket/mat
- lots of yummy training treats
- a chew or stuffed kong

Rating: Congratulations to whoever came up with this idea! Cafe Club is a great chance to practise a 'real life', potentially stressful, situation in a safe, supported environment. Debbie was on hand with lots of useful tips and calming reassurance (not to mention two cake options!), all designed to set our dogs up for success. We hope we can come again and, with summer on the horizon, we will continue to put into practice the things we have learned so that we can enjoy many outings together.

Rating: Brilliant! Thank you for this great set up.....I could 'relax' knowing that I am in a supported dog training environment where we are all there wanting to be able to help our dogs settle in cafe like surroundings, the expectation of the dogs to sit quietly while we are enjoying refreshments is huge and it has really helped me to understand what this concept would be like for the dog and how best to prepare for it!
