Gemma Defriez (Office Assistant)

Gemma is one member of our team that you rarely see, however for many she'll be the first point of contact, as she's tucked away in our office ensuring Potter Paws HQ is running smoothly!

Gemma joined our team in March 2020 and ensures things are kept in order by answering the phones, replying to emails, managing our social media, and a million other tasks!
