Our ethos is that training is for life; not just for puppies. Once you’ve done your initial puppy training, you might think that it’s job done, but there are so many opportunities for training in every day life – training happens all the time!
It isn’t only about making your dog do what you want such as sit or stay – training is a great way to provide enrichment for your dog, encouraging them to use their brains and problem-solving skills while reinforcing a positive set of life skills.
The initial lessons puppy has are a good foundation for the future, but adolescence and young adult years can be more critical to forming future character. At Potter Paws we offer training opportunities throughout the life of your dog, from weekly Pawsome Pals classes to short workshops and courses including Life Skills, Parkour and Recall. We also offer 121 training
where we can work with you to design a training programme tailored to your dog.
